Hospitality Tip Tuesday

emily

To greet your guests upon arrival, have a spot in your rental that grabs their attention & makes them feel welcomed. In our apartment Take Flight there is a entry way table that sits at the top of the entry stairs. It made a natural place to welcome guests. I have a small light that I leave on for guests, a bowl for car keys and our guest book. I also added a little sign that says the name of our unit along with a bowl of mints. I had a harder time finding a spot in our other unit, Garden Place but eventually picked a shelf of the bookshelves. The small round light will grab guest attention as they enter the apartment. Having a spot in your home for your guests to put their car keys, provide a light to see and a note of welcome will help your guests feel at home.
